Our Happy Boy

Colin started smiling around 5 weeks of age. The smiles along with many different happy coo sounds come while interacting with Mommy and Daddy. We just love it!

Baby Einstein

Colin is fascinated with the Baby Einstein DVDs. He will sit and stare at the colorful objects for 20-30 minutes all the while cooing and kicking. It is so cute! Cousin Laura was right, "Babies love Baby Einstein."

Soooo Big!

Mommy was a little sad this week as we had to put away many of Colin's newborn clothes. He is only 6 weeks old and already he is wearing 3-6 month clothing. Our little boy is growing so fast! What's fun is that he has a whole new set of adorable clothes to wear.

One Month Update

Colin is such a good eater and is growing so fast! At 10 days of age he weighed 9lbs 15oz! December was a very busy fun-filled month. We enjoyed many visits from family and friends. Colin even took his first road trip over Christmas to visit Jason's family in ND.

In between eating, sleeping, and diaper changes, Colin enjoys tummy time, baths, kicking and wiggling on his elephant activity gym, and looking at the mobile on his swing. He is also very interested in lights and looking out daytime windows.

He's finally here

After waiting almost 41 weeks Colin James was born Saturday December 3rd, 2005 at 1:10am. We are both so happy and relieved that he is such a happy, healthy little boy.
