So quickly he will start to grow, And time will fly so fast.
Just hold tight to his little hand, And make each moment last.

Party Like It's Your Birthday

Last weekend we traveled back to Jason's hometown to celebrate Colin's Great Grandma's 90th birthday! It was quite the party and showing up to help her celebrate were over 50 of her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. It was so much fun to see everyone again.

The next morning Colin went swimming for the first time in the hotel pool. He enjoyed it very much as he has never seen a bath tub that big before. :)

3 Month Picture

This is Colin's official 3 month picture. We can't believe how much he has changed since his newborn pictures. Such a cutie!

Reach, Grab, Taste

It used to be that Colin would bat at his colorful toys. Now he is reaching and holding onto them. With both hands firmly grasping the toy, it doesn't take long for him to try putting the entire toy in his mouth.

Three Month Update

Again, what a difference a month makes! He is really starting to develop his own fun personality and make mom and dad laugh quite often with his sounds and expressions. In addition to his baby babble, he has added squeals and shrieks of excitement. This is often accompanied by spit bubbles and drool making his shirt quite wet. He is our little "drool monkey." He continues to sleep through the night often getting 10 hours of sleep. We have moved bath time to our tub as he has outgrown his infant tub. He really enjoys the extra space for his kicking and splashing, and we are better able to stay dry. :) We also have had to put away most of his 3-6 month clothes and have moved on to the 6-12 month clothes.

Daycare

On Monday, mommy went back to work and Colin started daycare. Already, Colin has made a new buddy with Will, a 4 month old little boy. He was also introduced to finger paint but apparently didn't like that too well. Mommy enjoys showing pictures of Colin at work, and everyone agrees that he is a very cute adorable little guy.
Daycare is a little more laid back attire but here is Colin in his "Business Day Casual" outfit. As you can tell from these pictures, we think he is pretty broken up about being away from mommy and daddy during the weekday.
