So quickly he will start to grow, And time will fly so fast.
Just hold tight to his little hand, And make each moment last.

Milestones

At 10 weeks of age, Colin had a couple of significant milestones. He is sleeping through the night! He averages about 8-9 hours each night. If he does wake up in the middle of the night, he quickly puts himself back to sleep by sucking on his thumb or even his entire fist at times.
He is also rolling over from tummy to back. He doesn't do it all the time, but he has done it on several occasions. We were lucky enough to capture the first time on video so we have proof.

Colin was baptized on February 12. He was such a cutie in his fancy suit from Auntie Tammie.

Off The Charts

Colin had his 2 month doctor's appointment yesterday. He measured 24 1/4 inches in length putting him in the 95th percentile. He grew over 5 inches since birth! His weight was 15lbs 11oz. This placed him above the 95th percentile! He also received a series of vaccine shots. He was such a tough guy. After a dose of Tylenol and a car ride, he was back home and took a nice long morning nap and all was good. What a trooper.

Two Month Update

Things have gotten much easier this month as Colin has settled into more of a routine. We are better able to decipher his cues that indicate his various needs of hunger, attention, nap time, etc. His cooing is now a lot more frequent and has turned into adorable baby babble. With the record warm weather in January we have even taken a few walks outdoors in the stroller.

Nighttime routine consists of a bath where he loves to kick and splash. He just loves bath time. We can also get quite wet when within range! :) We then read a few books (if he is not too cranky), eat, and then off to bed. Colin is now sleeping 4-5 hour stretches with an occasional 6 hour stretch.
